What is 10 for 10?

10 for 10 is the first gymnastics and circus arts inspired workout series created by Andi and Kevin Atherton, for busy professionals like you.

In each workout video, there are 10 Exercises for 10 Minutes.

There are a total of 8 workout videos, 10 minutes each, targeting different parts of your body, as well as strengthening your core and flexibility.

This series is designed for beginners, but it also benefits intermediate and advanced athletes. In fact, Andrew and Kevin Atherton perform these exercises on a regular basis.
